Fake elo, people disconnect when losing. Crapy app. Adjourning should be ban.

- bad server connection - very bad instructions and manual (many thinsgs are no where explained) - badly maintainance (very rare updates) - slow chat function with strange keyboard handling - losing players can adjourn games without asking the opponent and the opponent gets no points - when picking a potential opponent you get to see his name very shortly. The board is constantly shifting around and so you end often up in playing an opponent you never chose. Newly appearing players should only be added at the bottom line of the list - no rematch function with changing sides - no take back possible (with agreement with the opponent, of course) - "ELO"-Rating starts at 1000, not at 1500 - zoom mode is just annoying because it does not show all the figures - name of the opponent is written upside down during the game (???) - very little choices for the time settings - at the start of the app you always have to watch a rather ridiculous animation

This app is great. I feel like I belong to a chess club, yet I can play or watch from anywhere. This version has several improvements, including some of my own suggestions. The developers are very responsive. One feature I really like is the ability to email myself the games I have played (as PGN files) so that I can comfortably analyze them on my PC, annotate them, and save them in my game database. I’ll probably never look at those games again, but I think the act of analyzing and annotating improves my chess.

Has always been slow to load and game centre lacks some basic chess functionality. Game resignations are buggy with new iOS. Download "social chess" instead. Tis way better.

The app is OK, not hard to make a chess app, but if you are losing a game, all you have to do it close the app and then the game is "adjourned" and no winner and loser, so the rating system is therefor unreliable.

This application has issues. Most of the time cannot log in to only friends. They cant log in either. Please fix accessibility!!!!

Really bad gaming experience when you get redirected to the App Store mid game

The app is programmed incorrectly to account for draws. I notched this in 2 distinctly different ways. Game play is fast and fluid. Suggestions to improve: (using iPad version) 1) more info avail on a given opponents stats (wins/losses). 2) allow direct msg of opponents BEFORE game play to agree on game length 3) allow any time combination instead of just the preset options Thanks

Great app, great fun to play with human opponents from all over the world. Im addicted to this. One note to the creators: Once, we were left with two kings but the game did not end automatically with a draw, If im not wrong it had to do so. Anyway, many thanks again...

This Is Best I Think

Interfaces rather poor, but functionally its made good

when a player doest want to lose points, he just can disconnect from the server... you will get a message:" the game is adjourned"... which doest mean anything, except you dont get your well deserved points.... TERRIBLE !! Ihave already sent two messages to the developers, but nobody answered me so far... here is my last message: "again, one player called Albania, rated above 1900, was losing badly and, few minutes before the end of the game, just suddenlty disconnected, and did not lose any points? is this fair?? please answer me!! pier Sent from my iPad

This is the worst ever. I cant even connect to the server most of the time. And the last time I was playing online it said reconnecting all of a sudden. Same issue with my phone and iPad. This is the longest time that I cant login. Switching to lichess.

This app is pretty bad. I was expecting a nice 3d table, but instead everything is pixilated. Also I hate having to confirm every move. An unnecessary extra step.
