This is a lousy app with outdated design. They also want you to pay in order to play more than once a day.

The board does not display correctly. I cant see the black and white squares, which is essential. Iphone 5s 32gb

I have been playing this game for years. You changed the board design which now makes it impossible to play a real game of chess. The spaces being different colors is for a reason. Changing it to all one color was a bad move. Not recommended.

I purchased the unlimited play option and now all the app does is crash. It doesnt even get past the intro when it will crash and shutdown. Wasted a $1.

The network sometimes goes off line so you cant play anymore. Also, sometimes you cant play a special move even though you can do it according to the rules of chess.

I love the app. However I find that I frequently dont get to play out a beautiful end game because my opponent refuses to make moves. If someone doesnt make a move for x minutes. It should count as a loss for them - instead of adjourning. Also - you cant save the game history on adjourned games. This is a real bummer.

I LOVE this game however it does not display the squares on the iPhone 5S. I just have a flat board. The developer needs to update the app ASAP I would rate it 5 stars provides that the app worked like it was supposed to.

Why have you not fixed the game square issue yet!!! Lousy!!! 0 stars if the option were available

On 4s and ios7, the new version still fail the correct view of the board....

You can play against other people, computer, and friends. Please no updates its already a good app

This is the best chess app out there in my opinion.. It was working find before but now i cant even connect on network plays!! Its frustrating.. And dont tell me to check my internet. My internet is fine... Its just all these chess apps do not work!.. Yes i tried other chess apps also but they arent as good as this one.. But i also agree that this app should have a point system. That lets u know how much youve won and lost and fames adjourned also.

This craps never connects to the salon and then says reconnecting for 5mins and works only sometimes.

I find that when I try to connect its very slow and then a message comes up that there is a network error. Please fix.

I love live chess But ran into a problem just now I was playing against somebody and we both took all of each others pieces literally Teh game didnt call stalemate like it should when only 2 pieces left on board (the 2 kings) instead it just let us keep moving around the board with over 20 minutes still left LOL PLEASE FIX THANK YOU other than that best chess app i think

The program itself is fine and games are pretty good in terms of low lag but I wish they implement a feature to prevent people from quitting games that they are losing. I have had multiple wins not given because some one disconnects in a lost position. It should result in an automatic loss.

This is a great app and great features like being able to select your opponent. One feature they need to fix is people will adjourn the game when they are losing to avoid losing points.

I enjoy playing chess on this app but its very hard to play single play on this app. I dont mean hard as in difficult either. Hard as in the computer doesnt understand that if you check me and I move you shouldnt keep making that same move to check me because it just locks the game. Very frustrating!! Other than that the network play is great.
