good game, with a terrible handicap

when a player doest want to lose points, he just can disconnect from the server... you will get a message:" the game is adjourned"... which doest mean anything, except you dont get your well deserved points.... TERRIBLE !!

Ihave already sent two messages to the developers, but nobody
answered me so far... here is my last message: "again, one player called Albania, rated above 1900, was losing badly and, few minutes before the end of the game, just suddenlty disconnected, and did not lose any points?
is this fair??
please answer me!!
