Good chess app, but with flaws

This is a good app, the AI is decent, there are three view
modes, and you have the option to save your game to return to it later. I would give it 5 stars, but what bothers me is that there is no option for the three fold repetition rule. Occasionally, the computer will make the same move back and forth over and over again ad infinitum, which is extremely annoying. Also, if the clock runs out, if a move is made within the last 30 seconds, the clock resets to thirty seconds ... That is fine if you are the one running out of time, but the AI can never run out of time? What gives?
